Terms

Purchases will be shipped via a Royal Mail Signed service. Deliveries will require a signature on arrival and will aim to arrive within 1-2 or 3-4 working days of dispatch for UK addresses. Orders will be processes within 48 hours of being placed.

Apologies, but we do not currently offer any expedited rates. 

ARRAY holds no responsibility for items lost during delivery.

Online Order Returns

Online purchases may be returned for a refund. You need to inform us of your intended return within 14 days or your order date by emailing us on hello@arraystore.co.uk

Returning goods must be received by us within 28 days of your order. Returns are made at cost to the customer and postage charges will not be refunded. Returned items must be sent via a recorded delivery method to:

In-store Purchases 

Items bought in store may be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase, or can be returned for an exchange or store credit within 28 days of purchase. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by an original receipt.

Sale items purchased in store may only be exchanged for another item or store credit. We do not offer refunds on sale items purchased in store.

Final Sales are not returnable or exchangeable.
